The private art
collection

Driven by the passion of our founder, and guided by our experienced in-house art advisor, the art collection will showcase some of the most exciting artistic talent working today. Our vision is to create an art portfolio that inspires, engages, and educates the Club’s membership. This will be complemented by a dynamic and engaging events programme, curated to inspire our members appreciation of art in all its forms. We will endeavour to build the value of the art collection over time and as an added incentive we will include within the first 200 membership fees received, the opportunity to participate in its future growth. These members will receive a share in the ownership of the art collection as a small token of our appreciation. This collection will be a main feature of the club for up to 10 years. However, when it is realised a proportion of the proceeds commensurate with the shares owned will be distributed to these founder members.

The Share Ownership

Scheme

The first two hundred founder members of The Good Times House will receive a share in the art collection. We will endeavour to grow the value of the art collection over time, and these members will have the opportunity to participate in its future growth. The Good Times House is the world’s first private member’s club to pioneer this concept.

The
Investment

Mandate

We have established a set of guiding principles that will inform our future investments in the art collection. Our aim is to build a dynamic and balanced portfolio that includes blue-chip artworks from across a range of artistic genres and mediums, and which identifies emerging opportunities in the art market.
